The OSU Craft Center Ceramics Studio has the following available for student members:

  • 12 Electric Wheels
  • ADA Compliant Electric Wheel
  • 2 Kick Wheels
  • Slab Roller
  • Pug Mill
  • Extruder
  • Scales
  • Large handbuilding space and forms
  • Glazes

In order to use the studio, first you need to have filled out a membership form and a ceramics studio agreement form, and have received a ceramics orientation, either in-person or online. Orientations are available in person for the first 2 weeks of Fall term.

Orientations only cover how to use the studio, they won't teach you how to work in clay. If you are a total beginner, we suggest you either take a class or watch some tutorial videos.  More about the Ceramics Studio Policies.

If you need some extra help or have questions, please feel free to come in during Tech Time. Times are available at the front desk.
